Member Duties : Engage in training to obtain knowledge with the current student data collection processes and databases that will enable the development of processes and procedures to be developed. As part of onboarding, attend training on NBES “Stat Tracker” and create process and protocols for data input and reporting. Develop materials for the Executive Director in presenting findings to NBES staff for presentations and grant applications. Develop or improve upon an evaluation and performance management system polling students on specific data points. Analyze collected program-level data and evaluate impact to evaluate, and revise systems for greater end user experience. Establish data collection procedures for the Mentor/Mentee On-boarding Process (Recruitment, Training, Program Referral), Mentor/Mentee Retention, and Mentor/Mentee engagement. Provide recommendations for efficient data collection, management, and tracking.
