Re-entry Process & Website Coordinator VISTA
 
 
 
The goal of the VISTA project is to build capacity through the enhancement of Economic Opportunities’ (EcOp) operational processes and virtual systems. EcOp’s program is designed to provide living-wage earning opportunities in the local job market to individuals with criminal justice involvement. The program also provides each Participant a workplace mentor/life coach called a Shepherd. The Re-entry Process & Website Coordinator VISTA will further develop and enhance 1) management and virtual systems, 2) program data collection, analysis, and dissemination 3) process procedures in relation to Shepherds and Participants, and 4) client-employer programs.

Member Duties : Develop a firm knowledge base and strategic plan in preparation to oversee and improve upon EcOp’s operational procedures, materials, and virtual platforms. Improve and expand materials that support EcOp’s operations, procedures, program, and data management. Develop a knowledge base of EcOp’s Participant recruitment, orientation, on-boarding, and monitoring processes to enhance the process effectiveness and efficiency. Aid in developing EcOp’s online presence through social media, its website, and additional virtual platforms and sources. Continued oversight and maintenance of all VISTA projects. Implementation, evaluation, and continued modification of all project enhancements. Completion of any necessary training and transition and follow-up activities required in relation to the VISTA assignments. Train the EcOp team how to utilize and engage with EcOp’s updated website, social media, and all other related virtual platforms and sources.
