*Applicant will need to provide Covid-19 vaccine documentation* The Institute for Nonprofit Leadership builds civil society through a vibrant nonprofit sector. Our mission is to provide individuals and organizations with the education, research, services, and networks necessary to understand, strengthen and advance the work of the nonprofit sector. The Anti-Poverty Coalition will provide a framework to better understand the underlying systemic factors contributing to poverty across Butler County, PA and offer a process for developing a comprehensive plan to address those factors. Guided by collective impact practices, the Anti-Poverty Coalition will 1) identify barriers to financial stability, what initiatives are working, instances of duplication of services and service gaps, 2) develop a countywide, comprehensive, collaborative continuum of services that more efficiently and effectively addresses poverty, and 3) recommend protocol and policies to at once address immediate basic needs and the systemic nature of generational poverty in Butler county.
