Member Duties : Recruit a citizen science class with an effort to recruit participants from underserved and non-traditional communities; Plan field work and establish field work schedule with class; Ensure the participants have all the necessary assistance needed in the field and guide in the layout and application of all treatments, crop establishment, and maintenance using sustainable and regenerative agriculture practices; Data collection and reporting; & Supervise field work of the class. The best qualified candidates will have: Farming, field experiment, field data collection & regenerative and sustainable agriculture experience; strong organizational skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge of computers/technology, and social media; and the ability lift 40 pounds and to work in the farm fields and some weekends. This position is part-time.
