Eco3.21 Community Pandemic Recovery Coordinator

Ecolibrium3 was nationally recognized for our previous work leading regional disaster recovery efforts after flooding in 2012. We build capacity across multiple sectors including housing, food access, education, environment, and health to enable collaborative efforts for real community impact. This position will support northeastern Minnesota through the end of the COVID-19 pandemic and proactively tackle the long-term recovery for the community by coordinating between multiple organizations and governmental agencies. Ecolibrium3 seeks a detail-oriented person with strong communications skills and work ethic to serve as a Pandemic Recovery Coordinator. Specifically, this position will help build structures including pandemic recovery case management, development of a community mental wellness plan (including broad community training in psychological first aid), and expand partnerships to financially support households affected by pandemic related economic issues. The Eco3 VISTA Corps is made up of 30 members serving at 20 different sites. Each VISTA Corps member builds capacity to eliminate poverty by developing a more equitable and sustainable community. Members serve individually at sites with their own scope of work, however we also apply a cohort model that provides training opportunities and periodic joint projects.
