(UII) is a 501 (c)(3) local place-based community and economic development agency that advances asset building, economic opportunity and revitalization of the Historic 4th Avenue Business District and the Civil Rights District through support and services to assist individuals, businesses and developers. Member Duties : The VISTA will assist the program director in the refinement of program SOPs, co-develop a strategic communications plan, and begin assembling key business services program partners. They will also refine, research, recommend and develop a “first phase” Client Relations Management (CRM) process and database that can be used for seamless reporting, client communications, and program evaluation.
