| Member Duties : The VISTA will assist the program director in the refinement of program SOPs, co-develop a strategic communications plan, and begin assembling key business services program partners. They will also refine, research, recommend and develop a “first phase” Client Relations Management (CRM) process and database that can be used for seamless reporting, client communications, and program evaluation.
