Work with Community Mentoring Coordinator (THRIVE)(MMP) in assisting with mentoring programs and implementation with our already existing youth and family programs Provide continued support of Division of Youth Services(DYS) staff and student use of Developmental Assets and resource materials in Southeast Region. Develop communication materials for youth outreach Maintain relations between Community Partnership and youth programs at in the community Evaluate program activities and implement it to achieve all objectives demonstrate leadership skills, serve as a role model and involve youth in all activities within community Network with community leaders, agencies and organizations to support the work of your youth mentoring groups Coordinate with various teams/programs to meet all youth outreach requirements Give weekly updates of new systems and plans that you’ve implemented and done in your position Submit a short summary of what the position does for the youth in the community for our weekly newsletter Give presentations to community groups or other agencies regarding local CPSEMO resources, services, and youth activities.
