| Member Duties : Develop a Podcasting Strategy.
Research best practices and trends in podcasting.
Create a detailed strategy to increase TPMG's visibility and engagement through an exclusive podcast of the organization.
Monitor and analyze podcast response to measure the effectiveness of the strategy and make adjustments as needed.
Execute communication newsletter.
Develop campaign themes and messages that highlight TPMG's impact and services Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information of events from the different projects and materials for newsletters. Track the performance of newsletter and podcast to report outcomes to inform future efforts.
