Operations and Communications Coordinator- OCE
 
 
 
OCE marketing: Collaborates in the overall marketing strategy, messaging and positioning for all OCE audiences, about service programs, activities, and community engagement opportunities offered. Develops concepts, writes copy, prepares visual components, designs and publishes all marketing materials for both the external and internal newsletters to provide insight into OCE programs and to connect students, faculty, staff, and community partners. Maintains an active presence across multiple social media platforms in order to provide timely, relevant, and dynamic content about OCE programs to keep current students, donors, community partners, and prospective civic engagement candidates engaged. Data Collection and support for programming: Manages data collected by the office for purposes of program assessment. Assists with timely and good data collection and storage practices. Provides support for those involved in assessment activities, ensures they are reported and collected for program improvement. Assists in data collection and reporting for accreditation agencies, grants, and donations. Assists directors in analyzing trends and outcomes of programming. Leads the design and publishing of our annual report Collaborates with work study students and assists supervisor as needed. Provides logistical support for the office: Logistics for all ongoing and upcoming service and community events, including planning, logistics, and invitations Logistics coordination for service internships, community-engaged learning courses, and outreach programs Serves as contact person for all motor pool needs regarding all OCE activities. Provides support to the outreach trips program for travel plans. Assists program directors in processing reimbursements to staff, faculty and students for service event costs Assists outreach program director in processing payments for Outreach trip activities Makes purchases for office needs as appropriate
