Help the Prism United Executive Director manage the rapid growth of the organization and continue responding to the comprehensive needs of LGBTQ+ youth in Mobile and Baldwin counties, Alabama by working to mitigate the psychological, socio-economic, and academic disadvantages caused by repression and victimization. Member Duties : The VISTA will 1. Assess and coordinate outreach systems and build partnerships with community organizations in order to promote LGBTQ allyship through actions that develop mutual trust, reliability, and opportunity for mutual benefits. 2. Develop tools to streamline the coordination of Prism volunteers (facilitators, food service, tabling) 3. Continue to build innovative and relevant programs that will keep youth and loved ones engaged in, supportive of, and participating in Prism United’s offerings. We will be onboarding members on August 1st & 15th
