Member Duties : At both the high school and middle school level, this position will focus on forming trusting relationships with students to get them connected to the resources they need to be successful. Navigators will do so by attending Middle and High School meetings and events, conducting Resource Need Assessments, and creating Academic Success Plans as necessary. The Navigator will then reach out to the point of contact within the community or P4K to follow through with assisting the student.
