Member Duties : This position will focus on forming trusting relationships with students in order to get them connected to the resources they need to be successful. They will focus on individual outreach to families of specific students, identified using our internal database. These students will be selected based on their attendance and academic data. Additionally, the Community Resource Specialist will actively look to connect with new community resource partners in order to most effectively assist the students and families in our program.
