Social Media/Marketing VISTA
 
 
 
: Are you adept with social media marketing or marketing in general? VISTA service could be an avenue for you to showcase your many skills. The VISTA will focus their responsibilities within the marketing, public relations and social media arena. In addition to reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Coordinator will create a weekly, monthly and quarterly schedule for posting tweets, Instagram and Facebook items, etc. as well as write and post these items. He/she will glean story ideas and photos from staff and events to create newsletter articles, update the Integrity Transformations Community Development Corporation website, as well as social media outlets. The VISTA will also research workforce development blogs and enhance the create one for Integrity Other responsibilities include creating fliers and other communications tools, supporting client recruitment events, evaluating the impact of social media efforts and sharing these results with Integrity staff.

Member Duties : Vista will create a weekly, monthly and quarterly communication schedule; create blog posts on Integrity’s website; glean story ideas and collect photos from staff to create periodic newsletters, website updates and social media posts; create templates that will help Integrity staff save pictures and client success stories; manage and increase Integrity’s social media presence via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn using Hootsuite; develop flyers, brochures and other hard copy marketing materials to communicate Integrity and hard skills partner activities to referral partners, employer partners, funders and clients; create a recruiting plan and assist with recruitment activities and events; evaluate the impact of marketing and recruiting efforts and track the effectiveness of efforts by evaluating social media visits, articles printed/produced by media, comments on blogs, increases in applications etc.
