Marshfield Clinic Health System AmeriCorps Volunteer WIS
 
 
 
AmeriCorps members will be placed with nonprofits and government agencies to increase nonprofit capacity to address community health. This may include activities that address local health priorities including mental health, physical activity, healthy growth and development, academics, health education and more. Members will be trained on the core competencies of the Community Health Worker Model which includes coordination, facilitation, implementation, communication, service coordination and more.

Member Duties : Members will work in agencies to build their capacity to address community health priorities. Members will provide service related to accomplishing goals set by their host site organization. Coordinating learning events, distributing educational information, managing social media, recruiting volunteers and more.
