| Member Duties : The Homeowner Selection Coordinator will assist Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco operating and maintaining the selection program, work closely with applicants and potential applicants through the process, provide support and assistance to the Homeowner Selection Manager, and facilitate homeowner development as a representative of the affiliate. Specific duties include: Provide support to the front desk and help answer all applicant inquiries, develop and follow through on outreach goals, organize initial orientations and assist applicants with completing applications, track in files and Access database, provide timely notice to applicant homeowners of their application status, prep and submit Applicants for credit reports and meet with credit agent for follow-up, perform background checks on family members, coordinate home visits.
