Member Duties : Supporting resettlement caseworkers’ engagement with refugees; Providing resettlement caseworkers with information to inform client employment, including employer updates and client assessment information; Conducting client intake interviews and employability assessments; Providing pre-employment/job readiness orientation to clients;Developing comprehensive employment plans for clients; Identifying appropriate employment opportunities for clients; Determining specific employment opportunities for clients and assisting clients in accessing these opportunities by guiding them through the hiring process; Assisting clients and employers with post placement issues and continuing employment needs; Working with and supporting Financial Literacy volunteers from local financial institutions and the wider community;Tracking clients’ use of credit-building activities and prepares reports of those activities; Ensuring timely and accurate compliance to all reporting requirements.
