Member Duties : AmeriCorps members, after substantial training, work 1-on-1 with kindergarten-3rd grade struggling readers. Members create individual lesson plans to suit the needs of each and every child.
 
Program Benefits : Living Allowance ,  Childcare assistance if eligible ,  Education award upon successful completion of service . 
 
Terms :
Permits attendance at school during off hours ,  Permits working at another job during off hours ,  Car recommended .
