Summer 2024 Hope Clinic PHA Member
 
 
 
Participates in identification, development, implementation, and evaluation of Quality Improvement initiatives. Assists in the orientation and training of administrative support team members. Monitors and collects patient demographics, and census information. Assist in the efforts to make sure the needed supplies and equipment are available to staff when needed. Guide patients that require referral to other agencies for needed resources. Prescription Assistance Management Data Collection / Excel Entry Medical Records Disclosure Social Assistance Coding and Billing Tracking Patient Satisfaction Survey Clinic Medication Inventory Americares and Direct Relief Management Social Media Management Medical Record Scanning Enter and maintain Provider Schedules

Member Duties : is position requires adhering to clinic's policies and procedures, HIPAA, OSHA and state and federal regulations. The member will promote quality and service excellence for patients by providing personalized care in a collaborative team environment. The member will share responsibility for providing administrative support and coverage for staffing the clinic.
