| Member Duties : The Western Catskills VISTA will conduct online and in-person research into the housing and community development needs of the agency service area, collaborate on design of programs and projects to address any unmet needs, and assist in the preparation of grant applications to state and federal funders. The VISTA will also participate in the set up of new programs to ensure regulatory compliance, and take part in pre-development activities for new projects.
