To enable the agency to successfully apply for increased funding in support of housing programs and projects in the area served, our VISTA will conduct community research and data collection to support new grant applications for innovative housing programs and projects. Design programs and/or projects to address the needs identified in the research activity. Write Grant applications supporting new programs or projects to federal and state funding programs. Provide regular updates to existing agency digital media, including the website. Research other social media opportunities as may become available and create accounts for CPI. 1. Develop sustainability manuals to assist subsequent VISTAs with continuing project implementation.

Member Duties : Research and develop funding requests for affordable housing and community development projects and programs; participate in pre-development and program setup; and expand the presence of CPI on social media platforms to enhance public perception and support of CPI and its programs.
