The Help US Grow (H.U.G.) Foundation provides a FREE & engaging reading intervention, character development, and leadership, program that enables students to grow into self sustaining learners. H.U.G. promotes social and educational equality allowing them to BE THE DIFFERENCE™ in their communities. We offer an easy seamless virtual opportunity to BE THE DIFFERENCE™ to yourself and others by lifting literacy. We are a large collaborative intergenerational and multigenerational group of passionate purposeful people. We decrease loneliness by lifting literacy through volunteering. COME JOIN THE H.U.G. team. Help US Grow Foundation reduces loneliness in KY and FL by offering a seamless Volunteer experience for retired people, college students and corporate remote workers. We have over 250 students to serve and the requests keep coming. We will honor your time and your student will show progress on the national test scores. Member Duties : This Technology and Data Management coordinator serves in a 12 month position. This role requires an energetic, dedicated and detail-oriented person who can manage multiple tasks. This individual is a team-player with an entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to learn and ability to manage multiple tasks while adapting to shifting priorities. We will be part of team of data analyst and computer scientist. You will learn multiple platforms for data input. Responsibilities include: Work to identify, organize, and manage primary and secondary data relevant to H.U.G.’s work. Identify, collect, and update historical data. Proficiency in Excel or Google. Proficient written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms. Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
