Out of School Time Systems Coordinator
 
 
 
As a VISTA you will collaborate with Family League staff, key funders and community stakeholders to improve youth programming in high poverty neighborhoods in Baltimore. In your role you will support the Baltimore Summer Funding Collaborative. This partnership of 11 major funders in Baltimore is committed to providing quality summer programming for youth in Baltimore. This is a great opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes perspective on how funders support community initiatives and program models in high-need neighborhoods.

Member Duties : • Work with community organizations • Offer coaching and technical assistance • Host focus groups • Analyze data • Produce reports • Work with funders and stakeholders to develop strategies • Edit documents • Produce presentations • Engage youth and community champions • Produce surveys
