Member Duties : The Research and Evaluation VISTA will determine the impact of COVID on student outcomes, program implementation, and program delivery staff retention with a lens towards equity. They will create and integrate into practice, processes that promote more culturally responsive and equitable research and evaluation practices at College Possible. This VISTA will identify program interventions that are effective and should be continued in the future and will propose a culturally responsive and equitable evaluation process. College Possible will use the improved evaluation practices to drive programmatic improvements that allow for students to be more effectively served and to help end cyclical poverty through education. Insights gathered from the COVID-19 research will allow us to adapt our virtual program delivery to the needs of our students to help end cyclical poverty to educational attainment.
