Member Duties : Communicate with current and previous AARP Foundation Experience Corps VISTAs to learn challenges and successes with first year of program through bimonthly meetings with all VISTAs. Summarize findings and create and manage the Recruitment Action Plan for VISTAs and mentors for staff. Develop a calendar of periodic virtual gatherings among cohort of VISTAs. Collaborate with Experience Corps leadership including Field Services and Research and Evaluation on timetable and activities for 2023 VISTA monitoring in the spring. Schedule bimonthly calls with each VISTA to check in activities. Source material and publish content for the Experience Corps program’s social media platforms to highlight volunteer and program accomplishments.
