Bethel University, Seed Co

In all we do, we strive to develop leaders, scholars, and servants who humbly step into the world, ready to make it a better place. "Inclusive excellence" is the recognition that Bethel's missional fulfillment is dependent on how well we value, engage, and include the rich diversity of everyone in our community—our students, alumni, staff, faculty, administrators, and friends and families. We work to cultivate a learning community that fosters flourishing for all. Our programs and partnerships express Bethel's commitment to providing support and opportunities to all students and employees.
