| Member Duties : The Taylor Reading Corps. is seeking two Americorps *VITSA members to assist in the expansion of a volunteer recruitment plan for the program. Responsibilities include an ongoing recruitment of volunteers; conducting background checks; coordinating the scheduling and training of volunteers; building partnerships with principals and teachers; assisting with grant writing to sustain the program; updating the volunteer handbook as necessary; and building community partnerships to support the program.
