Member Duties : Conduct research and assessments to understand current social
media presence, identify areas for improvement, and explore best practices in social media capacity building.
Create a comprehensive plan outlining strategies for social media recruitment,
content creation, engagement, and analytics tracking.
Develop guidelines and policies for consistent and effective use of social media across programs and initiatives. Detail long term plan for effective social media campaign, with the priorities of volunteer recruitment, patron participation, and donor reach.
Ensure campaign and all elements fall under TRM Mission statement and scope. Implement the social media program. Monitor and evaluate the impact of capacity building interventions through metrics such as increased engagement, improved reach, and enhanced content quality.
