1. VISTA will help sustain and grow all programs under the CPSEMO umbrella. VISTA will develop and put into place marketing strategies to inform state widea gencies, community groups, and the public about the MO BoS and CPSEMO.2. Identify CPSEMO value-based quarterly objectives for each program to build capacity and awareness.3. Create company-wide content quality standard guidelines for individualized program marketing. 4.Support marketing communications content strategy by delivering various programming content, engaging the community. Content delivery through website(s), social platforms, fundraising, videography, and other applicable applications.5. Increase community awareness of CPSEMO utilizing strategized marketing. This includes creating peer learning experiences, leadership development, and collaborative planning through committees. Videography and Live Online experiences will be used to create social impact within the community.6. VISTA will gather data to measure growth. Survey creation will support and guide CPEMO in program development and informed decision-making.7. Develop a communications strategy to improve volunteer recruitment, committee growth, and donor engagement. Execute sustained collaboration within CPSEMO, the community, and other organizations. 8. Help create various organizational videos. This could include holiday videos, capital campaign videos, volunteer welcome videos, donor videos, testimonials, program educational videos, or any other relevant videos to build CPSEMO's social impact.9. Take part in monthly meetings for the MO BoS. Take part in all CPSEMO committees/meetings.10. Developing communication materials to showcase program outcomes or success to invested partnered organizations. Work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to develop the public presence of MO BoS and CPSEMO
