Member Duties : 1) Energy Assessments: Learn and apply techniques to conduct comprehensive home energy assessments, including the use of diagnostic tools to identify areas of energy loss and inefficiency.
2) Energy Installations: Gain hands-on experience in energy improvement practices such as air sealing, insulation installation, and other measures to improve home energy performance.
3) Community Education: Educate homeowners about bill saving practices and the benefits of energy improvements, providing guidance and resources to support their efforts
4) Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of assessments, work performed, and interaction with clients to ensure effective delivery service delivery and reporting
5) Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in the energy workforce.
