ETC.25 Energy Training Corps - Auditor and Lead
 
 
 
Ecolibrium3 (Eco3) is a nonprofit organization based in Duluth, MN that works at the intersection of energy, community and economic development. Eco3 has been nationally recognized for innovative programs that provide on the ground experience for AmeriCorps members. The Ecolibrium3 Energy Training Corps is a direct service program serving as a step into the growing energy workforce and construction trades. Energy Training Corps members will contribute to improving our local housing stock while gaining hands-on technical skills. As an Energy Training Corps member, you will be trained to conduct home energy assessments, perform energy improvements and lower utility bills for low income families.

Member Duties : 1) Energy Assessments: Learn and apply techniques to conduct comprehensive home energy assessments, including the use of diagnostic tools to identify areas of energy loss and inefficiency. 2) Energy Installations: Gain hands-on experience in energy improvement practices such as air sealing, insulation installation, and other measures to improve home energy performance. 3) Community Education: Educate homeowners about bill saving practices and the benefits of energy improvements, providing guidance and resources to support their efforts 4) Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of assessments, work performed, and interaction with clients to ensure effective delivery service delivery and reporting 5) Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in the energy workforce.
