Promotes quality and service excellence for patients by providing personalized care in a collaborative team environment. Shares responsibility for providing administrative support and coverage for staffing the clinic. Supports efficient patient scheduling, meeting patient needs as well as fully utilizing staff and volunteers. Ensures current and accurate data entry of patient demographics. Accepts ownership and responds effectively to patient, team or personal concerns and works towards positive resolution. Participates in identification, development, implementation, and evaluation of Quality Improvement initiatives. Assists in the orientation and training of administrative support team members. Monitors and collects patient demographics, and census information.
