Member Duties : The Mentor and Resource Coordinator will support Skookum’s work by providing our clients with the education and coaching they need to get hired and stay employed. They will write curriculum and teach classes in Life Skills, Financial Skills, Selfcare, etc. and deliver additional trainings with partner organizations; deliver job readiness presentations; help clients develop employment plans and research careers and provide a weekly list of job opportunities; grow the organization’s connections with veteran’s organizations in Kitsap County and develop new employer connections; collaborate with staff to develop new programs and support employee resource groups.
