Women of Tomorrow Alumnae Network
 
 
 
Women of Tomorrow helps at-risk female high school students overcome significant obstacles, helping them stay in school, gain skills and self-esteem, graduate, and go on to higher education, good jobs and lives of greater opportunity. Through our preventative programming we promote drop-out prevention, increase access to higher education, create pathways out of poverty and foster workforce development – making a positive impact on the lives of thousands of girls yearly.

Member Duties : The Network, Communications, Outreach & Events VISTA member will enroll and engage graduates of the program on to the Women of Tomorrow Alumnae Network and enroll graduating seniors into the network at the Annual Graduation Luncheon. The member will also assist with designing and implementing appropriate communication strategies for the network, and obtaining long-term outcome data from the graduates. The member will assist in organizing the second Annual Alumnae Event to engage graduates, and plan the Fall AlumNite event in August of 2015 for graduates beginning or returning to higher education. Finally, the member will assist in developing chapter-level Women of Tomorrow groups at several colleges with high concentrations of Women of Tomorrow graduates.
