The NSBCUW VISTA will coordinate outreach activities to community organizations throughout our area, identify new volunteer opportunities and establish volunteer management trainings. Your primary goal will be to assist organizations in establishing new or enhanced volunteer management practices to ensure long-term program viability.

Member Duties : Northern Santa Barbara County VISTA's will have an opportunity to work with community organizations to develop: event planning, program development, and volunteer management systems. The VISTA will work with diverse populations, community based organizations, non-profits, and corporate teams, to assist in the development and support of strategic plans, resource development plans, manage group volunteer opportunities... and more.
