Member Duties : VISTA members will build organizational capacity by creating programming for topics such as attendance interventions, student life, college access, community engagement, parent engagement, community service, tutoring, food and transportation access, and more. These roles work on school operations teams whose job it is to facilitate the functioning of an entire school.
