Per Scholas - Northeast Recruitment & Admissions
 
 
 
In this role, you will identify opportunities to increase awareness of Per Scholas training within the communities we serve. As a VISTA Member working in collaboration with the local Recruitment & Admissions (R&A) team, you will promote Per Scholas’ mission to prospective learners through digital outreach and community engagement. Member Duties : -Learn from the R&A team about those we have served most consistently and those we can reach more effectively -Develop creative, innovative new strategies to connect with new communities and deepen our ties with familiar ones -Expand Per Scholas’ local social media presence to enhance our learner recruitment efforts -Promote referral relationships among community-based organization partners -Occasionally staff off-site recruitment events with R&A team members -Help develop processes and promote best practices for digital outreach among the local team -Communicate with applicants as needed to build rapport and trust -Participate in professional development opportunities -Collaborate with team members on special initiatives
