About Mid South Food Bank: Mid-South Food Bank was founded in 1981 in Memphis, TN. A 501(c)(3) charitable organization, we are a member of Feeding America, the national network of food banks. Our Mission: Changing lives by eliminating hunger in the Mid-South. Our Vision: Hunger to Hope. About PantryTrak: PantryTrak is an online data management system that is designed specifically for use in food pantries and other emergency feeding sites. About the Position: The PantryTrak Developer is responsible for developing the plan and scheduling training for the Mid South Food Bank’s partner agencies that have the capacity to use PantryTrak. The Developer maintains PantryTrak activity records and an up-to-date understanding of PantryTrak updates. The Developer should have a working knowledge of program management and outcomes.

Member Duties : • Collaborate with the Director of Programs and Agency Relations Manager to develop PantryTrak education to our partner agencies. • Learn applicable PantryTrak program. • Build and maintain relationships with Food Bank Partner Agencies to determine which agencies have the capacity to use PantryTrak. • Work with the Agency Relations Manager to develop a plan to train partner agencies in the use of PantryTrak. • Maintain a spreadsheet or other device to track agencies that have been trained. • Maintain contact with agencies as necessary for gathering information and resolving issues. • Maintain communication with partner agencies with potential future collaboration.
