Member Duties : Further College Possible’s efforts to scale to additional schools and prepare Catalyze program staff and AmeriCorps members to serve first generation and students from low-income backgrounds in achieving a Bachelor’s degree to combat cyclical poverty at scale. Achieve this by evaluating current programmatic curriculum through collection and synthesis of relevant published research and best practices from analogous student success programs. Suggest improvements to programmatic curriculum based on this evaluation, then outline partner and coach competencies that support the implementation of this curriculum. Build program capacity by developing a comprehensive, year-long e-learning strategy that develops these curricular competencies. Create sustainability for project by creating an initial version of this strategy within our learning management system for use by coaches and partners.
