ABLE Member at Compeer

AmeriCorps Builds Lives through Education (ABLE), a program of The Service Collaborative, mobilizes individuals in national service to revive and strengthen educational environments, expanding opportunities for today's youth and transforming America's future – one student, one classroom, and one community at a time. While members are serving the students, they are growing their own skill sets through hands-on experience, professional development opportunities, and mentorship from teachers and staff. ABLE partners with various schools and educational programs and members are selected to serve at a specific site based on their skill set and the need of the site.
