| Member Duties : The VISTA assigned to this program will develop a recruitment plan to identify at risk boys from the target schools as well as develop a plan to recruit potential Tennessee State University (TSU) students to become college partner mentors; develop materials for workshops and seminars for TSU students and middle school students; participate in creating a system to obtain data to track student success from target schools; and develop a system to create an evaluation tool to measure program success.
