Member Duties : ** See website www.mtadamsinstitute.org for full position descriptions and how to apply*** Public Lands Stewards will serve with partnering agencies (Forest Service, Fish & Wildlife Service, State Parks, non-profits, etc) on natural resources / environmental management projects. Many positions are focused on backcountry wilderness education and stewardship which require participants to have experience and skills related to living and working outside for long periods of time. Other positions focus on trail maintenance and biological and ecological restoration, and community ecology education.
