Member Duties : The VISTA will create an awareness campaign with marketing materials, social media and the creation of presentations to educate the public and gain community support. They will help develop a funding plan that includes the development and implementation of fundraising events, research and writing of grants, and organizing donation drives with the help of community partners. The VISTA will develop a volunteer program to support the different programs People for People offers. This includes customizing existing policies and procedures, recruiting and training volunteers and tracking volunteer hours and activities.
