Member Duties : Support Executive Director in the cultivation and solicitation of grants to enhance our College Bound program. VISTA will establish systems and training manuals to ensure transfer of knowledge to the appropriate staff member beyond VISTA term with the created file systems developed.
Com Engagement: Enhance an outreach plan to expand knowledge & marketing of our College Access programs. Secure 5 new partners, ensure that information is shared with club personnel.
Grants: Research new opportunities and write/ submit a total of 10 grants. Secure 25,000 in grants. Create documentation of researched/received grants for future reference.
Scholarships: Develop a timeline document for our C.Bound case manager with dates on when to apply for scholarships. Create a document checklist for our members to include documents needed to apply for college scholarships.
Volunteer Recruitment: Recruit 15 new volunteers and assist in creating a volunteer database with all their contact info.
