Immigrant and Refugee Support - JVC Northwest

Urban and rural communities across welcome a diversity of people from all over the world, who need support in a variety of ways. From accompanying immigrants through legal processes to supporting schools where many languages are spoken, Jesuit Volunteers serve the global community by serving their local community. With opportunities for cross cultural experience and skill building, we will also support your training and growth as you find your purpose through service. With locales across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana, you can encounter a diversity of cultures among a diversity of landscapes. Jesuit Volunteers (JVs) live in community and engage in reflection throughout the year, so that their service ignites a life of purpose that serves the common good. We offer placements at 14 locales across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. In many of our locales, you can serve alongside Native American or Alaskan Native communities who are seeking to restore the land using sustainable practices. Follow us on Instagram @jvcnorthwest to get a glimpse of life as a JV, including where they serve. Search all our roles at https://jvcnorthwest.org/volunteer-opportunities/.
