Academic Support / Education Positions - JVC Northwest

Education goes beyond the classroom, so you can too! Urban and rural placements through JVC Northwest offer a variety of settings where you can kick start your career in education through a year of service. Maybe you will serve in a garden or by a pool. Maybe you will work one-on-one with students to ensure their success, or with them in their dorm as they live at school during the week. We will accompany you as you discern where and how to serve, offering placements at 14 locales across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. Opportunities are available to serve in cross-cultural communities alongside Native American, Alaskan Native, Latinx, immigrant, and refugee populations. Jesuit Volunteers (JVs) live in community and engage in reflection throughout the year, so that their service ignites a life of purpose that serves the common good.
