| Member Duties : Activities in which the Community Health Corps will perform include: 1) creating awareness among the community about health, organizing health-related events, disseminating and tracking health information; 2) strengthening and/or expanding its primary care and dental health programs which serve low-income individuals of all ages, and 3) developing the Community Health Workers (CHW) Resource Guide to help reduce health disparities by connecting physicians who serve low-income people to community health workers who help physicians improve patient outcomes.
