Reaching Our Hulbert Community (ROHC) is an organization dedicated to preventing and treating alcohol, drug, and substance abuse and dependency. Their mission is to empower youth to make responsible decisions through various programs. It is located in Hulbert, OK. VISTA members will be helping build organizational capacity by assisting ROHC in starting a Boys and Girls Club through the following activities: Internal Operations and Management Development, Community Promotion & Outreach, Program Development and Impact, and Resource Development:

Member Duties : VISTA members will be helping build organizational capacity by assisting ROHC in starting a Boys and Girls Club through the following activities: 1.The VISTA will be working to develop and add to the organization's protocols & procedures to build a stronger foundation and help with the start up of ROHC’s new program (Boys and Girls Club). 2.VISTA will research, survey and report best practices and a plan for outreach, promoting and marketing the program to ROHC's management. 3. The VISTA will secure funding through fundraising events and grant applications, with the objective of generating a minimum of $2,000.
