Member Duties : The AmeriCorps VISTA member may be responsible for building community relationships and partnerships while recruiting, training, and managing a team of volunteers who will support the organization while realizing their mutually defined learning objectives. The VISTA may research, evaluate, and implement recruitment methods to reach volunteers while working to assess how volunteers can best support projects.
