P4K is a youth mentoring organization that is committed to helping youth in our community build and maintain foundations for success. Through our partnership with Omaha Public Schools and several area colleges and universities we teach kids and young adults that through goal setting, education and the right resources there is no limit to what they can achieve. We don’t stop there either! P4K is constantly expanding our relationships with area businesses to provide our students access to career exploration, internships, and even job opportunities. Member Duties : This position will provide case management to high school students in college, career and academic/attendance areas. The position will also provide college access support to high school students as they transition through graduation into post-secondary opportunities. Other responsibilities include providing retention support to students using academic, behavioral and truancy interventions. In addition, the position will provide partner program referrals and wrap-around support to promote student success, persistence and graduation rates.
