| Member Duties : -In partnership with key project partners assist in the development of any needed procedural manuals, marketing pieces, or training guides for the Youth Entrepreneurship program. -Recruit at least 2 high schools to participate in pilot program. -Recruit at least 2 chambers of commerce to participate and receive internship assistance. -Assist in recruiting at least 50 youth to participate in entrepreneurial/business basics training. -Acquire economic development training. -Assist EDC staff to implement service delivery among participating Westside cities. -Identify possible improvements in service delivery/information distribution and generate report of findings. -Receive training and information on current efforts of a local business survey among participating cities to identify common business issues/needs with a focus on Ag Value Chain business opportunities. -Assist in the development of survey instrument. -Conduct survey with local ag/food processing industry.
